Sal Pardo first opened Stingray's doors back on January 1, 1997. Sal dedicated his life to serving the finest seafood available. "Quality & Consistency" was always his motto. Food was ok but the service sucked.Had better.

Crazy good grilled oysters, grilled fish, and their porkchop is the best. Like a fine steakhouse steak!
I am so thankful they saved my life today when I asked for a check and I didn’t have my wallet with me that I was unaware and I came to New Orleans on a job assignment while I am from Baton Rouge. I also needed money to park in New Orleans for a job assignment and the manager gave me what I need. She said “I hope you come back.” Yes definitely I’m coming back with some friends and will pay back what I owe. I’m so thankful and grateful for their help. Bless the manager’s heart because she will see me back again.
Food and drinks were horrible, my husband bit into his stuffed mushroom and had a piece of an oyster shell or something, whatever it was it was so hard he thought he broke his tooth � Would NEVER Recommend this place to anyone!!
