Sal Pardo first opened Stingray's doors back on January 1, 1997. Sal dedicated his life to serving the finest seafood available. "Quality & Consistency" was always his motto. Stingrays is my most favorite seafood restaurant in the NOLA area. They are consistantly delicious with generous portions and great prices!!!!
Food awesome..had lobster n steak for 18.95.. well worth it..this was the suggestion of our wonderful waitress BECKY...she was very attentive and very sweet...kudos to Stingrays n Becky....we will b back

Last weekend 7 women went to New Orleans and before we went to stay in the French Quarters, we went to String rays for the Crab and shrimp Bloody Mary Meal!! What a treat! Great food and we all loved Becky who waited on us! We highly recommend and we will be back!!!!!!
