I called these amazing people and within minutes I got a call back AND scheduled on top of a booked day. Carlos was awesome. We had a rodent issue. He always answered my calls or at least returned it quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He continued coming back weekly until the problem was fixed. Much friendlier and more flexible than the bigger companies out there. Glad I called Sting Operation and will continue to do so!

Definitely recommend Carlos from Sting! (He was recommended to us by a mutual friend.) Since moving into our home, we’ve had ants, mice, and bees. All 3 issues were taken care of quickly and thoroughly, thanks to Carlos. He is thorough and professional. He was also understanding about our hesitation in using pesticides, in general. He was very careful and conservative, and we were comfortable with the treatment. We feel very confident in his expertise. We will never waste time with any other exterminator!
Carlos at Sting Operation is amazing! He came out on a Saturday within an hour of me calling him. He treated the bees from inside and outside of my house that had built a nest in the dormer above my daughters bedroom. There were thousands of bees up there and 400-500 in her room! We had a couple yellow Jacket hives in our soffits. They had gotten so bad they were making their way into our home. So I sprayed them myself. The problem was still there. So we found Carlos on the web, and gave him a call. Turns out the spray took its toll on the hives. Carlos was early and very professional. We have a problem with yellow jackets invading one of our bedrooms. Lots of them!!! We closed off the bedroom and tried contacting educational establishments for information. Not so much help dealing with problem. A friend recommended Carlos. I called other places before calling him. Not happy with sales pitches at this time.
