I highly recommend sting operation pest control. I just had Carlos come out to the house I had some problems with yellow jackets and he did a wonderful job on time very polite down to earth and very informative of the kind of bee what they do and how they how they live.

Found a swarm of yellow jackets outside a second floor window crawling in between bricks. Asked for recommendations on FB, 2 people said Sting Operation and I called, on a Friday afternoon at 430pm of the Labor Day weekend. Not only did they answer but Amanda was very professional, explained everything to me and sent out Javier to our house in less than an hour! THAT'S service! Thank you!!

Carlos was fantastic. I had a very large hive of yellow jackets in my basement that were finding their way up into our home. I called and he was able to come out the same day. Super thorough, informative, courteous. We feel much safer and at ease after his services! He was also happy and willing to share everything he was doing to my very curious children and their friends who were over at the time! Thank you so much!!

Had Bill out today for our scheduled visit today. Bill is always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Carlos has a really good crew. Really down to earth guys that know what they’re doing. They don’t just spray chemicals and hope for the best. The know what chemicals to spray because of how the pests react to certain ones. I highly recommend these guys. Really affordable pricing too!
Sting Operation is a very reputable company as is the owner, Carlos Roman. We had yellow jackets in our home today and contacted him. He didn’t call back as fast as I wanted so in desperation I called another company who would come out today but charge us as an emergency fee which would’ve been very steep so I said no thank you!! I messaged them, assuming that since it was late in the evening I would have a response the following day. I was very happy that Carlos answered back within the hour. Explained my situation and by 9:30am the next day it was handled. Everyone was very professional and very personable. Highly recommended to anyone who needs an exterminator.
