Had a great experience, and took a picture with Dennis Stine the President.
Bought a bird bath and the next morning found that the bowl was leaking. Returned the bowl for another. The shocker was that before I even backed out of my space, the workers put the leaky bowl on a pedestal to sell to some unsuspecting customer. I’m wondering now if the leaky one I bought was once returned. Great business ethic Stine.
Not an employee friendly business at all. Hard to get service! This place sucks no matter what department you shop in!!
I purchase the chainsaw on Saturday. The the next day I tried to use it. The starter cord pulled out. Brought it back to the store and was told that the cord on onwasn't under warranty. They refused to replace or let me return it but they were willing to charge me $5 to put a new cord on it. Then I was told it would be 2 weeks before It would be ready to pick up. Never buying anything there again.
This is not an employee friendly business. Integrity means nothing to this company. They are controlled by special interest.
