Second time I’ve been there since hurricane Laura no help at all. This time I waited 20 minutes to get help loading 2 windows when there was four cashiers one being a guy . No help. Will not be back
I have a Home Depot and Lowe's about five minutes away from my home. Thought I'd spend money locally for the hurricane Delta repairs. Went buy two windows and was there over an hour and a half before I got proper help. I would the customer service at about a 3 on a scale of one to ten.

Even after being a manager for Home Depot for 9 years the better bucket commercial doesn’t bother me. What does on my second visit in like ten years was there being some type of bird or rodent poop around the corners of the flooring area. As well nails in the garden parking lot. Probably from broken pallets. I was always told to keep things in flooring and kitchen cabinets clean and in order because that was how a customer would see them. I understand today. Pick up the nails. Clean the corners. Fix broken doors and drawers.... read more
I buy some 8’ 2x4’s and the tell me to drive through the building they store the lumber in and I run over some screws that were in the middle of the drive. I ruins my tire and on top of that I’m stranded in the middle of the drive path. They say there is nothing they can do and won’t even help change the tire. It was a horrible experience. I’ll never be back.
Had not 1 but 2 very helpful people! 1st one was I couldnt find something and the man saw I was lost and he knew exactly where it was. 2nd I had to go back because I bought the wrong size (my fault). I forgot my wallet (didnt realize until i went to pay.) and there was a $3 difference and the young lady working the cash register paid for it! ( I found enough coins in my truck to pay her back)! Very nice people working there today (11/14/18)!
