Grace knows this city inside and out, and is the most accessible and reliable real estate agent I've ever met. She uses technology to her advantage, going as far as videotaping locations when the client cannot physically attend a showing. She is attentive and has a great level of experience and intuition. I would trust Grace with any of my real estate needs. I can't wait to meet up with her again next year when we upgrade to a bigger house!

Working with Grace as a buyers agent was great! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She was able to educate us about details to consider in houses/builders that we were not even aware of. On top of everything, Grace is an excellent negotiator and able to obtain a price discount from a builder that I did not even think was possible. Grace is simply the best! My husband and I bought last spring and it was a very difficult market that wasnt on our side. But Grace ALWAYS was. Grace helped us immensely while trying to find a house in the Spokane area. She asked us up front what we were looking for and found the one for us within a couple of weeks. Grace not only helped during the search but was also instrumental in arranging a 3rd party inspection of the property and helped to facilitate paperwork with our lending company.
