When we put an offer in on what is now our house, we were up against multiple offers, including a cash offer. Grace gave us all the right advice, and we were so glad that the owners went with us. We really enjoyed working with Grace when searching for our first home. She is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate market. After viewing a few homes with Grace, she took note of our likes and dislikes which saved us a lot of time. If you need a handyman, plumber, etc., she can refer you to someone. I can't say enough great things about Grace. Call her. You will not be disappointed!
