My kids have been patients since before it was renamed, altogether 16 years. I like the doctor we see, he is quick, but fairly thorough. I would recommend them, simply because as a special needs mama I've met a million doctors, some less than stellar, others great, and I think every doctor at this office does a pretty good job. We will always miss Dr. Bullard because she's one in a million, but definitely wouldn't want to change pediatric offices. The new building is really nice as well.
1. I absolutely love our pediatric doctor (Dr. Webb) and nurse. I give both 5 stars ***** 2. Now as for the new facility it's very cute, clean and modern but I feel if they are going to be a pediatric facility then the waiting area should feel as such. Toys, books, activities, etc. I am not saying I expect to walk into a toys-r-us feel when I come in with my child but if they can play or have something to do to keep their mind off of why they are there it would be a lot easier on everyone.
Every time my son has an appointment we show up on time and still have to wait. Been waiting an hour and 10 minutes. What is the point of even making an appointment??
Have never had a bad experience only had one long wait and they were packed tgat day but once i got in to be seen it went quick other times i have gotten in and out in a timely manner
so far so good, will keep updated! when it comes to my daughter i will always want to write a review so others know about the place we use so they can be prepared!
