Warning for pet owners deciding on this place! They advertise being pet friendly, but if you are not willing to pay an extra $658.92 when your lease is done please stay away. I was one of the first residents when the apartments were known as Old California and the 2 years I lived there were uneventful for the most part. The disappointment was when my lease ended and was penalized for a "soiled carpet" according to the manager. I would not do it again! Front office nor coorperate know how to take care of their residents. Crazy fees and random charges! In all honesty just overall disappointed!!
Ehhhh The parking is the worst, if you aren't there before 10pm you aren't getting a spot. Totally unacceptable when you pay to live there. If you're barely over the line, you get towed. It's not gated so bums hangout in the halls and it's located in a high theft neighborhood. My car got broken into and there was nothing to steal. The pool is crazy hot.
