Charlie made the entire buying and selling process smooth, successful, and even fun! 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Does not have the clients best interest. We were taken advantage of by our buyers and Charlie did nothing to help protect me and my home. He made a lot of money off of us from the sell of our home and buying a new home. We lost a ton! Don't trust his home inspectors!
