Amazing wine but the people there make it more Amazing.
Ran into a snag with my wine making process. The yeast was not reacting..been days with no visible bubbling. I was concerned and visited Still Brewing Oshawa. Doug made many recommendations on the possible disconnects in the fermentation process. Try this..Try that.. Maybe the fermentation had already happened ? but subdued. Well..you were right. Thank You for helping out a person off the street. You now have a new customer.
