I recently relocated to the area and have been trying to find “my nail shop,” but unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for. Very disappointing experience. My cuticles were cut so deeply that I was bleeding during the service, and when I expressed concern, it was completely brushed off. They also quoted one price and charged a different amount at the end. For $140, I expected much better care, professionalism, and customer service. Do not waste your money here!
I had been searching for a new place in Waukee to get my nails done for a few months when a family friend recommended Stiletto, and I’m so glad I gave it a try.
