Unprofessional and unresponsive
I applied on November 9 for an apartment. I've called so many times trying to get a response on approval, but a consultant tells me she has to wait for the property manager to approve it and that she is out sick. When I first went in the office to apply, I was told the would have a response by tomorrow. Today is the 18th and still nothing! The apartment complex name is the Waterleaf apartment in Port St. Lucie. Very dissatisfyed
