No communication on delayed orders. Charged my credit card immediately and I'm still waiting. Being told 5/7 weeks. Meanwhile, I've already paid for my entire order.

RecommendedWe used the weathered white wood above our fireplace and it looks amazing! the project took about two hours from start to finish and went up quickly and easily. I can't wait to do another project using Stikwood!

Totally agree with all the previous comments. It took me 8 wks to get my order as well. Maybe you should actually change your website so people are away it will indeed take longer than 10-15 business days.

The original order confirmation email stated orders typically ship in approximately 10-15 business days. It has now been 6 weeks since I placed my order and no ship confirmation yet. I reached out to your customer service on day 20 and they assured me it would ship within the last week. Still nothing. Will I ever receive this product? 🤷 🙄

Samples were ordered 4 1/2 months ago. Emailed you all several times and you keep telling me it's on back order. However, you do tell me that I can purchase regular size. Why would we spend a couple thousand dollars without seeing the product first? Samples originally said they would be shipped in 10-15 business days. Now 4 1/2 months later, still nothing,
