I placed an order two weeks ago and still no shipping date. Originally it indicated delivery in a week to 10 days. Now, zilch.
I placed an order a few weeks ago and once sent the email with shipping confirmation and tracking number, I find out they immediately canceled the label. I reached out via email to let them know the error message I received when tracking and my reply was that the order was canceled for some reason and they didn't know why but would send it out the very next day. It's been yet another week with no update/shipping/tracking/anything. I'm so disappointed.
Crap customer service. Requested order cancelation 2min after putting the order. They just expedited shipping the very next day.
I purchased your products almost 2 years ago now. I loved the ease of use and how beautiful the finished product turned out. Fast forward to present time, I'm really upset because the boards are starting to come off the wall. I washed the walls down beforehand and I used a j- roller and followed install instructions. Worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to make a purchase for over a year now! I’ve called THREE TIMES with questions. I get the “stay on the line for the next rep” thing, then goes to voice mail. I’ve left my number all three times, including yesterday when they had a 25% off sale that I desperately wanted to make use of, and not a single returned call. Newsflash Stikwood, YOUR’RE NOT THE ONLY GAME OUT THERE!
