I've also had poor customer service. We purchased wood for two rooms which is expensive. I was never sent a receipt of purchase and had to call and email a few times. Even after talking with a customer service rep, she still didn't send it to me. Received our order without confirmation or shipping date. We're preparing to install and disappointed with the directions of how to do it. This is our second time using and we love it! First time we paid someone to install and second my husband did himself; so easy! A little expensive, but we love it!
Shipped me 11 pieces without double sided tape. I’ve sent back photos and proof of purchase. Limited responses back. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company.

Love the look. We did a wall with Hampton’s we love. Sadly we did a huge wall with The reclaimed white. It looks disappointing, more than half the boards are coming undone. Contacted them said installation problem. Strange when we watched video and Hampton’s looks awesome! Just disappointed
I love this product - easy to work with but when creating my wall, the white pieces are not sticking. And just the white ones. All wood pieces were acclimated to our home the same but I have to check on the white pieces daily. Anyone else have this issue? And how did you fix it? I would hate to replace these pieces only to have it happen again. Overall, this accent wall turned out how I expected. May consider doing another-minus the white.
