Hire waiters who do not rush customers to make their orders. Then he had the nerve to never come back to the table to take the next order. Its cool though his tip for sure reflected his performance.
My wife has been raving about this place every since I moved up to DC and I had to try it. The customer service here sucks and they are very rude and not friendly at all. Guy brought me my food just 10 minutes again so I ask him for condiments and chopsticks. He tells me to go ask someone over there? Pointing towards the bar. I asked the bartender and he directed me back to the same guy that had just directed me to him. And as I was asking him who else could help me he literally ignored me. That’s not acceptable at.
Delicious sushi in a happening spot! Love their music and music videos and the sushi is creative and fun! They even have a giant sushi boat for your hangry friends and games like sushi roulette if you dare!
So good!!! Skip the tater tots... to American!! Lol 😝
