Picked up the truck after 3 months main thing was for coolant leak lol 🤦♂️ smh they never checked it I say they have horrible listening and paying attention to customers NO communication no updates hate to write bad reviews but damn do yall jobs bruh . I will never bring my truck back idc if the truck has warranty. Sometimes in life u want things to get done n the correct way gotta do it ur damn self . Most ppl don’t want to work now days I guess . 3 whole months with out my truck and wasn’t even touched
I had my car detailed today and after patiently waiting for 4 hours, I was given back my keys and checked my car to find personal items missing. When I asked the office about it, they had said they checked the security cameras and nothing was taken, and had even claimed that the center console was never touched. This was a blatant lie as I checked my center console and multiple items were moved around by somebody other than me. I was disappointed and upset when I left as I knew they were going to do nothing about it.
All I can say is the service area is someplace to avoid. I had purchased a vehicle at the STG lot and I was treated so well there that I believed going to the service area was the same. Same company right? Wrong. They are the worse. Their customer service was just appalling! Even coming from the manager. They do not explain anything over the phone and throw a tantrum when asking them to explain. Beware if you purchase a car from STG don’t get the service contract . Bought a Kia K5 in April in July all the oil just came out while driving . Took it in two weeks later that’s when they had tine. Turns out it’s not under the warranty so they told me oil pan , plug where missing doesn’t cover . Wanted to charge me $913 to do it . My ex had to call and questioned how can an oil pan just come off . Asked for pictures and saw that oil pan was on . Only missing the plug and oil.
