If no stars was possible, it would be just that. From calling into reception for service, the advisor and managers worst experience ever. They had my car since May 5, 2026. Was told that I would get it back by Friday May 8, 2026. It is now May 13th no call for an update, I've called left 1 voicemail no call back, responded to their txt option no respond. Es lo peor que puedes agarrar en plan para tu veiculo te obligan a agarrar el add on para que despues ni siquiera te quieren dar el servicio los mecanicos nunca quieren arreglar nada tu lo sientes mal y ellos te dicen que no tienen te dan el mantenimiento para que nunca aiga aceite.
Now I can see why this dealership is rated so Low on Google and Yelp. No issues with their sales department, but that's typical of any dealership. They blow up for your phone to get you in, but soon as you drive off then nothing is their problem. Their 30 days 50% parts, 50% labor warranty is crap. They'll just let your car sit and lie to you on the phone and have you on Hold forever. They close early weekdays and aren't open on weekends.
