This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a dealership. I purchased my 2021 Corvette from STG with over 7,500 miles already on it. The vehicle is now experiencing an oil leak, and Chevrolet is requesting proof that the first transmission service was performed around 7,500 miles because there is no record of it in their system. I contacted STG for assistance, and I was told that the service had supposedly been completed, yet no receipt, invoice, or documentation has been provided to support that claim. ... read more
They literally had my car for 6 hours for an oil change and when I got it, the car had no oil. And they did not apologize or do anything to compensate. I have free oil changes here as a part of my deal with this dealership but have had nothing but terrible experiences here. They take way too long, don’t call when your car is ready for pick up and it’s just sad. Just because I’m not paying doesn’t mean I don’t except good service, it was a big reason I bought the car, and this is ridiculous!
If no stars was possible, it would be just that. From calling into reception for service, the advisor and managers worst experience ever. They had my car since May 5, 2026. Was told that I would get it back by Friday May 8, 2026. It is now May 13th no call for an update, I've called left 1 voicemail no call back, responded to their txt option no respond.
