The best clam chowder and lobster I've ever had. The service was excellent thanks Miguel see you guys next week.
Had the lobster roll, salmon and a halibut. The lobster is better than most places at bar harbor. More meat compared to thirsty whales or finback ales, but pricey compared to thirsty whales. I loved the hailbut, it was excellent.
Food is great! Try a 3 lb lobster and bring your appetite. Lobster stew is creamy and delicious. Sit outside by the pier, smell the ocean freshness and have a libation made by Patrick, Rachael or Mattie. Great view with fun people. Love it!
Good service-Miguel was great. Food was good, but the lobster was small (not 1 1/4 pounds as advertised), tough, not very flavorful. The mussels and shrimp were very good. Blueberry pie was delicious.
My husband and I came here for lunch and were thrilled! Excellent prompt service, tasty fried seafood, yummy chowder! Loved all the flowers and the waitresses couldn't stop loving on our dogs, brought them each their own water bowl, and when we mentioned one dog only drank in public if we put cheese in her bowl (she's a weird one!) promptly brought out a little cup of cheese! Nice view of the water. We will definitely come back!
