I have used Stewart Title for a couple of my real estate transactions over the years. I have purchased and sold a couple homes without a realtor and they have been more than helpful in the process.
Customer service at Norfolk office is lacking. The woman who answered was very condescending and rude.
Always on top of everything, super kind amazing staff!
I have worked with a few title companies in the area and have never had such a bad experience. They were rude, disrespectful, and I was outright lied to. They did not fulfill the actions of their own documents that I had signed. Then was yelled at and blamed when I questioned them on the problem. I would 100% recommend going to any other place than dealing with this unprofessional company again.
