HORRIBLE. After waiting 4 days for my dress to be cleaned, I went in and they couldn't "find" my dress while I waited with my baby for 30 minutes. I left then had to call since they never called me- "Oh.. yeah.. they found your dress on the floor at the plant, so they're re-cleaning it." It was still dirty when I went to pick it up. When I went to go get my dress for the third time, it was still dirty and he refused to give me my dress until I paid for it.
