Our interest rate for our mortgage was too high. Brian was able to find a lower rate. Saving us money on our monthly payment and saving thousands of dollars in interest over the life of the loan. We are now able to put that savings into 401K and look forward to retiring.

It had been 10 years since I had looked at insurance. Our overall financial position looked quite different then it did 10 years ago. The problem was my mortgage interest rate was higher than the current rate. I felt that I could save some money every month, by tacking advantage of the current rates.
