We were beginning to look for a new home, and reached out to Stewardship, since they helped us finance (then refinance) our current home, and we had a great experience in the past. I had had a bad experience with mortgage brokers in the past. Working with Stewardship Mortgage was the complete opposite of that. Brian took his time to explain different options and was very helpful with starting with how much we wanted to pay a month and work backwards to show us our options. He was always reachable, even for small questions and always checking in to make sure we didn’t have any questions or issues. I would recommend the Stewardship team to anyone!
We were excited to find out we could do a refi on our mortgage at such a low rate through Stewardship. Brian was very helpful and made the process easy. We have great confidence in the integrity of the Stewardship name and it is always a pleasure to work with them. HIGHLY recommend their services!!!
My only problem was getting spammed with mail about these "great refinancing" rates. This was naturally confusing to me, as I'd just purchased my home in August. All it took was one phone call to Jarred asking why I was getting bombarded with these and he simply looked up that I WAS eligible to refinance to decrease my interest rate by a TON! Jarred was very informative and patient with all of my questions, and made everything really easy. Now my mortgage is at a much lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment!
I was no longer able to be covered by state insurance and had no idea where to even start with finding a new one. There was an overwhelming amount of options out there and I wanted to be sure I wasn't over-spending each month on insurance. Ryan helped me find an affordable insurance with good coverage. I am so grateful.
