I scheduled a visit today which was to be an annual visit, which I previously confirmed with front office staff that it could be an annual and not just a consult. I sat in the room undressed for 45 minutes until I overheard Dr. Kanellitsas arguing with staff about how I wasn’t due for an annual. No one came in to talk to me until I peaked out and asked if I should just get dressed, considering I could hear their whole conversation.
