Bought a used doge journey had chip in windshield asked about said it was filled no issues but if windshield cracked they would take care of it, well windshield cracked and they are now saying they will not take care of it like the sales man promised I made sure to bring this up cause thought it should be fixed or get a discount off of price of vehicle worse customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I will be making some other calls if issue isn’t resolved. Do not take their word on anything
Suzy was AMAZING to work with. She was very patient, honest, not pushy and no bs! After having a not so great experience at another dealership, this was the easiest way to get a new car. It makes me feel good to know there are great dealerships out there still!
