We have children and a long drive and knowing this they still took very long doing all the paperwork. We have bought our fare share of vehicles and they never take that long doing all the paperwork. It was a cold dreary--late-- Tuesday night when we bought... It was a cold dreary--late-- Tuesday night when we bought our Volt. Kevin was very understanding and was incredibly helpful in the process. He answered all of our questions, and there were a lot, 1st new car in 14 years worth! The only drawback was in financing. We are AMEX point sluts and maintain a 0 balance. We wanted to put $10,000 on a card as this gets us a free night in Maui. Waste of time What a waste of time. I called about a Ford truck they had for sale. They told me it was still available and to come on down for a test drive, so I did. After the drive I told them I wanted to buy it. Then after getting info from a possible trade I had they tell me it was sold to another guy. A guy that wasn't even there. Turns out that guy was un decided so he went home to think about it, so there I was there to buy it. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time. Pretty unprofesional if you ask me.
