About this business
In 1984, confident that he had a great product, Steve Birger opened his first rib joint. Construction began at Halsted and Wrightwood in Chicago's near North side. Everything was in place, except for one key ingredient: Steve had no name for his restaurant. In 1994, Steve decided to move back home to South Florida. My Favorite Restaurant in Weston!!! – I eat at Stevie B's Rib Cafe at least three times a week when my wife is working and we often go there together for a great meal, good conversations and great service. I love the full rack of ribs, but everything's good at my favorite restaurant in Weston. You can tell them David sent you and ask for the David Salad...the staff will know..
