Garage door opener inoperable this morning. Called and they were out by 8:30 and was able to get me going and finished the job. Thanks for the quick service to Monticello!
I called Steve’s at 9:30 am, the technician arrived and replaced both torsion springs by approximately 10:30 am. You cannot ask for faster and friendlier service. Thanks Steve’s Overhead Door!!
Garage door opener broke..... worst possible time... morning of New Years Eve. Called at noon expecting the repairs to be made after the 1st. WRONG! They showed up within an hour and had it fixed like new. Exceptional customer service. Kudos!

They have a thief working for them. 1 of the owners named john has known about this guy for over 3 weeks,and refuse to terminate his employment. Steals from company,may steal from you. Bad for business. The thiefs name is matt jenkins.
