RecommendedWe have appreciated their exceptional customer service for years. When Brandon arrived today to repair our garage door - wearing a mask (which we would not have required for outdoor work) and practicing social distancing - our respect for this company grew even more.
I called them this morning because i broke the gear on my garage door opener. From the time i called them, them driving to my house (i live on the outskirts of town) and the guy (don’t remember his name) fixing our garage door was ONE HOUR AND 10 minutes. Very impressed with their quality customer service and work!

We’ve used Steve’s for over 15 years for two new homes. They are there for you through all the mishaps; like driving into your door with a lawn tractor, or forgetting to open the door before trying to remove your car from the garage. Timely, polite, professional. They meet my criteria for an outstanding company in that they stand behind their word; which is becoming the exception and not the rule these days.

I had a cable off and was able schedule a same day appointment for repair. The quote I received over the phone was very detailed and informative and included possible other cost in case there were more issues than could initially be seen. The repair was done quickly and correctly and at the lower price quoted. Everyone I dealt with did a great job including the payment department.
My garage door broke and was not usable. Had to park my car outside overnight. Looked online for a service company and found Steve’s. The reviews were great so I called. They came the same day I called! Brian was very professional and courteous. He knew right away what he needed to do and how much time he needed. The price was affordable and I will definitely use Steve’s again! Thank you!
