About a year ago I came to California for vacation from Vegas, and suddenly noticed that my car was acting up. Not knowing, and to say trusting any car shop in town, I happened to call up a shop called Steves VW Service in Pasadena. I was really, really pleased and so thankful that I found them. This is my second visit there, and I got to say, Steves VW really knows there stuff.. I love my Passat and plan on keeping it for a long time. This place is the best place to go for Volkswagen Service after you warrany is over, or even if you still have warrany. I went in for a stupid safety recall at the dealership last week, and they wanted to charge me \$1,400 + for a timing belt service, with a water pump,a oil change, and a tire rotation. I called Steves to get a price, and was told it be around \$800.00 And they will d... read more
Excellent service! I have a 2001 Audi A6 and was shocked how cheap the repair was and the costumer service I recieved. They did not cheat me just because I am a girl and actually took the time to explain and SHOW me what was wrong with my car. I highly recommend this honest father and son team!!

I almost dont want to write this review in fear that it will be harder to get an appointment. I bring my 2000 Jetta here and I always get excellent service and a fair price. On top of that these guys are honest and very patient with all of my questions. 5-stars.

I have tried many Audi dealerships, and many other Independent Audi repair shops. I had many problems with my Audi, and every time I took it in for service, i came out with a different problem. I got recommended by a friend at work that owns a Volkswagen, to go to Steves Independent Volkswagen and Audi.I called and made a appointment, and got my car in the shop. FINALLY I found the shop that took care off all the problems. The staff is very nice, with a very nice labor rate. I highly recommend this shop to all the Audi owner... read more
TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! They do Audi service too! I had my timing belt done there. These guys are very professional and friendly. They said they would give me a call to let me know whats goin on with my car and guess what? I actually got phone calls with updates on the status of my car... Awesome. Good stuff!
