I have been taking my Volkswagon Golf to Albi and his dad at Steve s since I bought the car let s say 4 years ago. They have always been honest and reliable. They do terrific work and have my car back to me quickly. After years of taking my other cars to various shops and having been ripped a few times it is a pleasure to do business here. Thumbs up... Again!My aging Jetta needed some suspension and axle work so I made an appointment at Steves. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive taken my car to this shop so I knew theyd do the job right and give me a fair price. Once they looked at it they called me and gave me a detailed rundown of the issues and cost to fix them. What I really like is theyre not pushy at all and give you all your options and let you make the choice that fits your budget/comfort level. 01/25/2008 - One day I discovered that my 2000 GTI was leaking coolant. The next day it completely died on the freeway and I had to have it towed to my usual mechanic. He worked on it for a month and could not figure out what was wrong! I finally decided to take it to another place. I found Steves VW online and had my car towed there. Within one day they had diagnosed the problem and had a very detailed estimate of the repairs. They had it up and running perfectly within a week.
