The service here was outstanding! I brought in a broken Nikon 35mm film camera and lens. Steve let me know that the camera would need a part replacement that I could order myself, but fixed a very minor lens issue right on the spot. He didn’t even charge me for the fix, which was a pleasant surprise. Steve also took my number down if a specific film camera becomes available. i brought my camera in because i was concerned it wasn’t working. they checked it out and addressed all my concerns/answered my questions/gave me tutorials even though i didn’t purchase anything and it wasn’t broken so i didn’t have to pay for any repair. it was extremely thoughtful of them to still help me. thank you!!!

Needed the retainer ring unscrewed from my Xenar 210mm f/6.1 large format lense from Schneider Kreuznach. A specialty spanner wrench is needed. Dropped by during my lunch break and Paul was able to assist to put it into the new board I have. Thank you! Will be definitely be coming again if I have any Leica or Hassleblad film camera that need servicing!

I brought in an old Canon FX which was stuck, and he fixed it for free and super quickly. It wasn’t a permanent fix but he also recommended a place to send it in for a permanent fix. I absolutely loved that camera. I am so grateful for his help. If I could give 6 stars I would.
