When I sent him a video showing that Hasselblad part 41050 had been incorrectly assembled, he blamed the part. Said it needed "calibration". No, it does not. He did not test it on a camera before claiming to have fixed it. Referred by Hasselblad. Had the manual. Said he could do it. I sent it to New Zealand and they correctly assembled it. Keep the $100.
Strongly recommend coming here!! Amazing experience and they know how to handle point and shoots! Great customer service and my new flash got installed quicker than expected time!
Steve's Camera was well worth the haul across town. The team helped me fix a camera that I had dropped and broken in real time, and I'm so thrilled to have the camera back in working order. Incredibly reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend.
The service here was outstanding! I brought in a broken Nikon 35mm film camera and lens. Steve let me know that the camera would need a part replacement that I could order myself, but fixed a very minor lens issue right on the spot. He didn’t even charge me for the fix, which was a pleasant surprise. Steve also took my number down if a specific film camera becomes available. i brought my camera in because i was concerned it wasn’t working. they checked it out and addressed all my concerns/answered my questions/gave me tutorials even though i didn’t purchase anything and it wasn’t broken so i didn’t have to pay for any repair. it was extremely thoughtful of them to still help me. thank you!!!
