I ordered wallpaper 6/13 and it says that most wallpaper is shipped in 72 hrs. I called on 6/16 to see if it was shipped since I had not received any shipping confirmation. They placed me on hold to call the manufacturer and then told me that the manufacturer had not even started processing the order and it was such a new product it was not even manufactured yet. WATCH OUT FOR THE "MFG HANDLING FEE"!!! I placed a $27 order, and was charged a $12 Mfg Handling Fee. 50%? The live chat person told me it was for "custom orders." I selected from "close out" wallpaper borders and didn't order anything custom, and was never made aware that this charge was going to be included. Sneaky, sneaky dealing, Steve! Will NOT be ordering from YOU anymore!

What more can I say?? They have ZERO customer service. Free shipping means, "Shipping when we feel like it". They have an 800 number listed that says "Call us anytime" yet when you call, they are only open 9-5. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and cant get a definate ship date from them! I e-mail'd them 3 times and leave 2 messages... and never got any type of response from them. I will never ever buy from them again.. ! Its not worth the hassles...

Steve's blinds absolutely has the lowest prices around. But, with that you will be getting the worst customer service along with low grade quality blinds. My experience with this company was horrible. You can never speak to the same person twice. They all speak to you as if reading out of a text book (very robotic). Employess come and go so fast that you have no choice but have to deal with a new person everytime and then repeat your concern or question over and over and over.
