We recently moved to Michigan and decided to call Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper to have a window specialist come to our home to measure and show us samples of blinds. This is the 3rd time we have had Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper come out to our home to assist us with window treatments. This time we were doing all the windows in our lower level and theater room. Their salesperson that came to our house was incredibly knowledgeable. She spent several hours and went through room by room and we worked together to determine the best blinds for each room. Horrible service, Very unorganized- I placed an order at the showroom in Sterling Heights for Steve’s Collection of Blinds and when I called to check the status a week later I was told the blinds I ordered were discontinued and I needed to reselect. (Week 1) I reselected new blinds from the blinds I was shown and told that they were in the same collection. We recently decided to remodel our home that we have lived in for 15 years. We had no idea what to do with all of our windows. We wanted each room to have its own character. We love Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We purchased a new home 2 years ago and have made 7 to 8 different purchases from Steve's. We bought all of our wallpaper and blinds for the entire house over the past year and half. They have the greatest website - so many choices - but more importantly their prices are out of this world. Do not order online!! Make sure you call and speak to a representative and have them walk you through the measuring process. It is not clear. My blinds were 3 inches too short because they count the mounting valance as part of the measurement. Since I started my order online, they told me that I should have known this and should have read their website more carefully. They have a scripted response to this and it appeared obvious that this problem was something they were used to dealing with and were not willing to rectify. A... read more

I've purchased wallpaper and blinds from Steve's over the past 2 years and am highly satisfied with all of it. It's very convenient to be able to order these types of products online with such ease. Their products and friendly and knowledgeable customer service people are great!

My husband and I went to Lowes and Home Depot as well as to JC Penney's. We either couldn't find anyone in the blinds department to help us and when we did they didn't know much about the blinds themselves. It was an extremely frustrating shopping experience. I then thought I would see what I could find on-line. We came across Steve's Blinds website. I have order both blinds and wallpaper from Steves Blinds and Wallpaper on 5 different occassions over the past 4 years. Each time they always had the lowest price and their employees were always very nice and extremely knowledgeable. One time I had a damaged blind and without hesitation they shipped me out a new blind without any questions. What a great company. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
