We have moved several times and always used Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We have purchased levolor cellular and mini blinds. We have also purchased a lot of Thibaut wallpaper . They have the best prices and service. We also receive our blinds and wallpaper very quickly. We like that it is a family owned business. Start to finish, we had such a pleasant experience getting our blinds through Steve's! We recently moved into a new house, and needed to cover over 20 windows. To start, we ordered the free samples as we are new to the blind ordering process. There were so many options for styles and colors (a great problem to have), but the samples allowed us to know exactly what we were ordering. We purchased both blinds and wallpaper from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We saved over $800 compared to Home Depot for the exact same blinds. We received everything within a week of ordering. It is very rare these days to find a company that lives up to all of their hype. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past 8 years we have moved 3 times and each time we have purchased all of our blinds from Steve's Blinds. We always shop the competition but Steve's blows them all away not only with their prices but their service is fantastic. Their folks are very knowledgeable about all kinds of blinds. We purchased a whole house of blinds from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We were going to order Levolor Blinds but we found basically the same blinds in Steve's Exclusive Collection for 1/2 the cost. We ordered free samples to make sure the color would match our paint and wallpaper. We received all of our blinds within 7 days. We installed them without any issues and the fil perfectly. Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper has the best selection of wallpaper. We love to wallpaper but it is usually so expensive especially for the good stuff. Our daughter used Steve's and told us about their website. I have been looking at some Thibaut wallpaper at our local design center but it is so expensive - we just couldn't afford it. Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper has the best prices and great service. We have made 4 separate purchases from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper over the past 5 years. Their staff is extremely polite, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. The quality of the blinds we ordered have been very good. We had an issue with one of our blinds and they shipped out a replacement with no questions asked. We would highly recommend them!

I had a misfortune to order standard pleated shades from this company. Big mistake. The shades were supposed to ship in 3-5 days. It turns out more like 3-4 weeks, if I'm lucky. Their rather condescending customer service told me "large" shades may take "longer" to manufacture (it's a standard apartment window.) Should've made it known at the time of the order, no? Finally, after two weeks of waiting I was told there's a backlog and it "might" take yet another week. And they are NOT SURE if they can issue a refund! Deceptive... read more

We are huge fans of Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We have ordered from them several times. A couple of times on their website and most recently because we moved to Michigan we took advantage of their free shop at home service. Everyone we deal with is very professional...they are knowledgeable and really seem to go the extra mile to make things as easy as possible for us.
