I have been asking for a DEAD pine tree (that is taller than my house) to be cut down for the past 2 years. The ONLY response I got was from the president earlier this year and he said he needed to take it up with the board. I see in the HOA budget it left room for tree pruning/removal.... when do you EVER do that? Is a DEAD tree not grounds for removal? Little weed trees around it are now so big the branches are almost touching my house. I don't think I've ever seen anyone pruning anything except when a tree fell on my car ... read more

Hi Kristen, Thanks for your input, we appreciate it. All feedback helps us to improve. Some trees at Piney Forks are the responsibility of property owners. Some are the responsibility of the HOA. It depends if a tree is in common property or private property. We rely on the input of the Board to identify those distinctions. They deserve 0 stars. Despicable management team. Absolutely pathetic for the last 8 years.
We have called them at least 7 times to get questions answers about our lease and they are refusing to call us back. They are not living up to their end of their contract and are not acting ethically. We need to know if we can extend our lease if we can't close on a new house in time and they won't respond to us. Essentially, my family and I, which includes a young toddler will be out of options about where we can live. A child's welfare is involved and they simply don't care.
Lack of follow up. Are not prompt with repair requests. I’ve had to follow up on a request at least 4 times and have gotten no where.
Beautiful.
I have the utmost respect for the work they do.
