I walked in on Tuesday as a possible buyer for my first car. Went by myself not wanting to sign anything or agree to buying a car yet. Garrett Lee was very welcoming & reassured me that there would be no pressure into anything. Got to test drive a 2017 Mazda3 & fell in love. Long story short, Garrett & Britany put me in that Mazda the next day! Had a great experience! Thank y'all so much for your kindness & being so helpful!
Jeff, in the service department, is helpful and kind. Waiting area is comfortable; repairs are good....that being said, be careful when clicking any link on their website (I emailed a service coupon for my broken air conditioner to my own email account, for faster access), because you will get put on a list that incorrectly tells their sales team that you are interested in a new car. They will text and call, repeatedly, and will continue to do so after being explicitly told that there is no interest. Use a fake email account... read more

Well, Where can I start! Mazda dealership you are the best! I want to give a special thanks to Heather DeVane for her honesty and dedication while selling me my new CX-5. I bought my Mazda 3 in 2014, great car...my 4th Mazda in my lifetime. Today my flat tire light came on and I didn't see any difference in my tires. So I drove over to the dealership and they immediately checked my tires, found my driver side back tire was light on air, found a nail and repaired the tire. I drove out 20 minutes later, no charge. I think this is amazing and the best customer service you can ask for. My next car will definitely be a Stevenson Mazda!!
