RecommendedStevenson Mazda went above and beyond to take care of their customer. I had scheduled a state inspection and twice it had to be rescheduled due to issues at the shop...no fault of their own. As soon as the system was back up, they offered to pick up my car, get it inspected and return it to me. I appreciate their commitment to their customers and will be certain to recommend this dealership.
UPDATE: I bought my car May 23rd and had the best experience ever with Aaron Ferringer (HE'S A 5 STAR) but having an issue with finance. I had mentioned I wanted the 90 day deferred and when I opened the flash drive to look at the paperwork again I saw it wasn't done. My first payment was due 6/29. A month and a few days from the purchase. They were great and sent me new paperwork, I signed it and sent it back. I received my first statement saying my due date is 8/7. 60 days plus a few. My mother purchased a car from here in October 2018 and we have found nothing but problems after problems with it. Come to find out her contract didn’t even include her down payment in her total sale price for the vehicle and we took the vehicle up there tonight along with the contract and I showed them. Came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation that was scheduled for 11am this morning. It is now 2pm and they only just started it a little bit ago. What an enormous waste of time, I am furious.
