Run for the hills if you think of going to this Firm , I’ve had I’ve had multiple issues with them regarding their business and law practices and I’ve had to go to the Law Society regarding them. They, Kevin kisser and Tyler Luchies, don’t care! They’ll charge you and then drop you after wasting months and months. I’m extremely disappointed that this company is represented by the Better Business Bureau in Victoria. I hired James Legh after being struck in a couple motor vehicle collisions that seemed intentional. He and his staff used knowledge of my injuries, heritage, and health care record to hurt me further when I was in a vulnerable state. James advised me to have a trust created so I could get on with my life in a positive way, but the trust he created has taken away my freedom and put me in constant danger.
Do not go with Sunny Tathgar. He wasted months reassuring me that my late mother's estate was being dealt with. He did nothing during that time, whatsoever. I called once or twice, wondering if it's normal not to get any updates. He seemed annoyed and said to be patient and that he was on top of everything. Very vague. Huge waste of time and money. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Tyler Luchies team was fantastic. Tyler is experienced and has a sharp instinct, good advice, and great negotiating skills. 5/5 would recommend for any sticky negotiations.
