VERY DISAPPOINTED! I originally gave Stevens Realty a 5-star rating after living with them for over 10 years but after today, no more. Water heater went out on us a couple years ago and it took several days to get it replaced. They were trying to get a cheaper one rather than go to Lowe's and buy one of the ones they had. I called Lowe's and they had several of the ones needed. I took a cold shower two days in a row. Literally! No hot water whatsoever. This is no exaggeration. DO NOT APPLY! They will accept you, tell you to pay deposit, never contact you even though you have been trying to pay the deposit from that day, give the house to someone else behind your back without your knowledge, and then ask for your bank info. They processed my security deposit TWICE, said I GOT ACCEPTED, then three hours later called me to say never mind and tried to give me the POS house next door.
