They knew how horrible the vacant apts we were living over were horrible. I called the city, within 2 day the building was closed, were hive 1.5 days to pack and move to another apt, after 6 yrs of being a vip tenant Jamie won't renew only out of spite, in January they have law's for the conditions, discrimination, false accusations, and defonatuon of character, slumlords..
Pathetic! Once the honeymoon stage is over they will screw the tenant and the homeowners anyway they can. They do not care about the homeowners nor tenants. Do Not use them to manage your property. They don’t have about your time your money or your property. They were very nice at first, but once they get a hold of you and have you sign that’s it. Good luck avoid these people at all costs.
I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. I am not the type to make comments on the internet but when I am really happy or impressed about something I just have to spit it out. My credit score problems was solved by MEDALLION CREDIT GROUP.
