I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. They called me on August 29th to let me know that they had received my license plates, and I was specifically told that they would mail the plates that same day. The plates were not mailed as promised. While I was waiting for them, I ended up receiving a ticket because I did not have the plates, which was incredibly frustrating.
