Jamel was incredibly friendly and helpful when helping us buy our car. Great customer service I will come back when buying my next car.
We did not have a positive experience. They did fix our issue however there communication was very poor. We brought our car in on a Monday to have the air conditioner fixed. They had to order a part which took a few days. However that was not communicated to us. We had to call and wait on hold over and over. On Wednesday we called and were told that our contact was out so we could not get any information about our car at all. What kind of business runs like that?
