Bought a ford bronco from them yesterday. They let me drive away with the windshield washer fluid indicator on and neither front blinkers working. They did offer for me to bring it back in and they will have it fixed. Other than that the process was fast and easy. I love the car so far !
Everyone was super friendly and got me exactly what I needed very quickly.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I already spoke with someone at your establishment on the phone about 6 months ago (when the incident occurred). When I asked what Steven's Jersey City Ford would do for me, I was told that it was my fault for leaving anything of value in the car and to never to return to the dealership again.
