Two years ago I wrote a review with 5 Stars regarding Stevens Fine Homes Warranty Division specifically rating the dedicated employees who so "finely" represent Stevens. Recently I requested a service call regarding the flooring in my bathroom. Again, Stevens responded without issue! Shout out to Dennis P. and Buzz - IMPECCABLE WORK! PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. My perspective is Stevens has AWESOME and dedicated employees who in my case has been Tom, Buzz and Dennis P. Thanks so much for all you do! ValD
It's December 23rd - two days before Christmas and my garage door malfunctioned. I called the vendor direct and got a voicemail "closed" and left a voicemail in hopes for a same day fix. I then contacted Stevens and within minutes YES MINUTES both Chase and Tom arrived and fixed the door!
