Stevns has recently just changed promised handover of the HOA to the residents of Pinnacle Point with no warning. They cannot be trusted.
Our backyard in Windermere Leland is sloped so that water goes towards the house instead of away from it. My backyard is like a swamp. I can’t even let me one year old run outside, it is unusable. I have been waiting since at least July for drainage to be installed and am now being told it won’t be until the end of November. This is completely unacceptable!
RecommendedI definitely recommend this company to but a home! I started off a bit rocky with Lauren the realtor for the neighborhood (seriously, she was the worst) but as soon as Amie took over it was smooth sailing! She kept us updated on progress, answered all of our questions and solved any issues I had. Cant say enough wonderful things about her! We love our new home in The Knolls at Turkey Creek. The staff have been super helpful and the home is beautiful. An overall great experience.
Everyone at Stevens fine homes is very friendly and always are there to answer any questions. Lauren, Amie, Lisa, Star and Dennis are by far the best team out there. They stop by and check in with you after you close on your well built and quality home to just see how you are coming alone. We have looked at a bunch of new neighborhoods and this one is hands down the best. All because how they treated us from the start.
How about fixing our sewage system so that it can be inspected rather than having it overflow on to our lawn?
not even slightly would I ever recommend them. nothing but nail pops, walls out of plum, and tonight at 12:30 AM a smoke and CO detector was alarming that it's passed the replace by date. But what did Stevens Fine Home write in the detector in the area it's supposed to be written? nothing, it's blank, because they don't care if you die in a house they built. how that passes inspection is beyond me. Fortunately I know the Fire Marshall and several Captains/Lieutenants.
We closed yesterday on our 1st Stevens home. We bought the Jordan. Stevens has been great to work with. From Amanda in the design studio, Cortney and Logan , Will as our superintendent and everyone in between. Every question and concerns always answered and handled appropriately. So excited to be Home!! Thanks Stevens Fine Homes for such a great experience!
