Stevns has recently just changed promised handover of the HOA to the residents of Pinnacle Point with no warning. They cannot be trusted.

Everyone at Stevens fine homes is very friendly and always are there to answer any questions. Lauren, Amie, Lisa, Star and Dennis are by far the best team out there. They stop by and check in with you after you close on your well built and quality home to just see how you are coming alone. We have looked at a bunch of new neighborhoods and this one is hands down the best. All because how they treated us from the start.

My name is Kim west we chose the knolls at turkey creek because of the quality an the customer service that Lauren McBride gave us. Once the construction started Starr walked us walked us threw the process. The follow up after moving in has been everything we were promised. This is our third home an Stevens Home’s has delivered everything they’ve promised

We are very pleased with the job that Dennis is doing. He was patient with me on setting up a warranty appointment. Once the retouch appointment date came, Dennis came by to check in and to get in touch with him if I had any Questions. I really appreciate when people take their job seriously and love what they do. Also the painters did a great job and will be back to finish up. I liked the way they were careful and Clean. Thnxs Dennis for a great job with making us feel cared for and good communication.

Dennis was at my home today. To complete a patch job in our bedroom. He was friendly and efficient. He cleaned up after himself when the job was complete. I can not tell that there was any patch done. I am very happy with the work done. I would not expect anything less from an employ of Stevens Fine Homes. We have been in our home for a little over a year. We could not be happier. diane

We have now been in our home for a little over a year. We love our Stevens fine home! The team here (Colleen, Mclain, and Jose) have always been a great help and so friendly. Whether it’s a serious need or just a friendly conversation, they have always been there. As far as the warranty team goes, Buzz has helped us from the beginning and has been great. Dennis is who we have worked with most recently and he is awesome! He is great about following though and making sure things get done. We just did the one year walk through... read more

Stevens Just finished up my one year warranty walk and work. all was done in a very timely fashion and expertise.Thanks to the knowledgeable Buzz Buzzell who not only walk threw to fine out what issues had to be addressed, but followed threw to make sure they were done quickly and professionaly. If you have your choice of go to guy Buzz is the guy . Thanks Michael and Annamaria V Tralee Place

I began my new home and location search in September 2018. In December I made a decision to go with Steven's fine homes. I visited locations and compared the pros and cons of different house plans. I really liked the Mount Vernon and there was a close second. When I went in the model home that sealed the deal, however I still took time making the decision letting it sink in.
