So unresponsive and very difficult to work with. They just hang up in the middle of the call and if u call back they don't respond. They told me it's end of the year, so they r busy. But when u are in the call it's not ok to hang up. The receptionist said she was checking availability, but after couple of minutes hung up. Inspire of trying multiple times, they wouldn't attend. Dr Pham and Dee up front were amazingly helpful as I'm from out of town and my son had bent my nosepiece on my glasses. Dee got it fixed in 2 min and was absolutely delightful, thank you!
The Optometrist was rude. Blaming me for not “understood” the Information provided by the Front desk person. I’ve been told that I might be able to get colored contact lenses with my insurance. The doctor immediately says no, that I had to pay extra in a very rude way, she claimed I misunderstood the information provided. I asked her to called the front desk person. The optometrist keep the attitude with me and the front desk person. I ended up leaving the place and the front desk person was sorry for the whole mess. I would... read more
