Well, picking up my used/new vehicle. Wasn't a bad experience, but you will have to stand your ground on what you want to pay. But I have to say I got a great deal, better rate than my bank gave... You just have to be willing to negotiate, want to sell trust me.
Worst experience ever ....."finance guy" got so upset he yelled at me in the show room in front of every one that he did not have to sell me anything a to go.....all he had to do was explain why he was changing numbers and rate.....never been so humiliated and embarrassed by having someone yell at me in public like that in my life .....so much for military discount. .....i guess ill have to go elsewhere......
