I had an amazing experience at Stevens Creek Nissan, Luci Serrano was very helpful. As a matter a fact everyone there were very friendly. I bought my Altima and very happy with it. I highly recommend them.

Don't come here! Worst customer service ever!Nissan will be all nice and eager to sell you a car as well as trying to get you to buy as many packets for the car as possible, but if you change your mind or you need to cancel some of the extended warranties or packages, they do not want to help, and neither will they provide you with answers.
