I take my Infiniti qx30 because it was not starting they can't figure it out what was wrong with the car. On Monday, November 16th I had an appointment at 11:00 for our Takata air bag recall repair on our Maxima. Was told car would be ready between 2-3:00. At 3:40 I called to see if car was ready, I was told Mr. Charles would call back. At 4:06 I was called and told car was not ready because part was not available. I was told the part would be delivered Tuesday and the car would be ready after lunch. On Tuesday, I called at 1:20 to see if car was ready, again I was told Mr. Charles would call me back. Because for me they not professional!!!
If you want to sell your car, go elsewhere. They will then hold the car hostage that you "sold" to them and not pay for the car until they receive a finalized copy from the DMV, 6 - 8 weeks. This is after committing to having a check to you in 10 days. Completely unprofessional establishment with a horrible management team. Mac and Alex M need to lose their dealership license, they give dealers a bad name. Thank god I purchased my cars from Steven's Creek BMW and not these guys.
