We purchased a 1.5 million dollar house in Eagle, Silvercreek was the listing agent. We paid over asking price for the house, and when the seller moved out it was way less than broom clean. Our agent asked for that to be corrected, and the selling agent said she'd look into it, but that was the end of it. We had to pay a cleaning agency to clean the house before we moved in. Always available for questions, forward thinking, service oriented and willing to go the extra mile. I love that the agents are willing to help each other and be a resource. Silvercreek is large enough to have the resources agents need to succeed but small enough to care about the success of their agents.
